My vehicle was serviced here for a transmission rebuild. My vehicle was there for a month to start with. Little to no communication or updates and near impossible to get ahold of over the phone. EVER. We had to stop by to even see what was going on. Day after we finally got it back the transmission failed again. We had it towed back. Apparently a part installed was bad. Bought a trailblazer off a guy and the transmission was replaced by Turpins about a year ago. Called Turpins because the transmission quit working and was told 2 times that he would come to look at my vehicle. Been almost a week. First excuse was that he couldn't find my house and I gave precise directions and gave him the phone number to call. I heard a lot of great things about Turpins but they aren't so great for me and I'm not happy

The owner takes pride in his work. He is honest. He is very busy but will work you in if you only have 1 automobile and get you back in the road.hes been at the same shop for o er 40 years.
