They took care of my snake problem
I have been there a few times I've got a set of tires and I had an issue with my other car having some bad struts. They were very good at problem solving the issue. I'm so glad to have such a professional tire place up at Roan Mountain. They will spend the time to make sure you understand everything. When we got the tires they showed us all the different types what was good what was better for different situations I would definitely recommend them for tire and or other car or truck issues
Great guys, great prices and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was having trouble with what I thought I would need an alignment for. Before just jumping into what I thought was the problem, they checked my tires' balance, which I just had done at Avery Tire. (AT didn't even say I had a problem.) Roan Mountain Tire Express knew what to do. They had me back on the road within half an hour & the issue was fixed. I'll be calling them again.
