Visited Roan Mtn Pharmacy for the first time in March 2016. Nice store, but the staff are not helpful. I purchased 87 dollars of items. When I returned one of them due to defect, they openly accused me of making a false claim in front of other customers. Also, when I asked why they overcharged me 19 dollars, they said they didn't know why, but did refund the money. Lucky I noticed that false charge of 19 dollars on the receipt. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! I went to get my RX filled today 4-2-11 because I was told when I visited the other day that they could not fill it until April 1st. I waited and the lady called my name and she stated that the could not fill it until April 3rd. I was upset ! This Pharmacy must be the worst in TN. I had to waist my time and gas to make a special trip. I asked the lady if they could give me 2 pills to hold me over until Mon in which I could pick up the rest . She stated " only if youpay for them" That is the last straw I will never go to this... read more

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
