My 9 year old son was referred to Dr. Roan to have 4 teeth extracted. I was immediately put off by the way he was treated in the office for the evaluation. Dr. Roan did not speak to my son or interact with him in any way to make him feel comfortable about the procedure. Then when he went to look in his mouth my son immediately froze up.
