Best outdoor store I have ever been to. The folks working there actually know about the products they sell! Told them about the trip I was planning and he gave me gear recommendations, even for items they didn’t sell and told me where to get them. The customer service at this place was better than I have ever experienced. After telling them I lived out of state, they told me to call them and they would gladly take my phone order and ship it out to me from their store. It’s unfortunate I can’t give them more than 5 stars.
My girlfriend and I rented snowshoes for a weekend hike this past weekend. Snowshoes and poles were excellent quality, staff was super helpful and friendly, and I'd happily recommend Roam'n Around to everyone! 😁
