I went along to Jen’s Summer Dayz Yoga & Sound Mini-treat at Ngeringa Vineyard and I am so glad that I did. It was a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing experience followed by nourishing food and wine. Bliss.
Roaming Zen TRX suspension class: Great class, tough, but I know its good for me and will stop my body atrophying as I grow older.
I have been coming to this studio for years and it's such a wonderful welcoming and supportive place! The classes are great - fun, challenging and adaptable to individual needs. The instructors are all so knowledgeable, genuine and caring. I love B class in particular which is a fun dance class with great music but is also empowering. I always come away feeling more like me! Thanks Jen and team 😊
The cutest and welcoming exercise studio, Jen, Bec, Laura, Toni and the other instructors go above and beyond to create a great experience every visit. From a warm cup of tea and gentle yoga practice, to TRX strength training and Barre fitness classes (sweaty, in a good way!), every visit is different and rewarding.
