Got my issue fixed and I appreciate that, communication was great along the process about scheduling and when technician was in route, Dawn in office staff was also great , I have no complaints there, but what I don’t like is this flat rate pricing I was billed with no detailed explanation of what I paid for and why I was billed what I was billed. Service= amazing! Promptness= on point! Communication= fantastic! And I'm super impressed with the updates they have. It's no surprise when then show up because you get notifications and they are clean and quite! (so important for me since I work from home). Honestly, overall, I am impressed and appreciative. Ty.

Service was great. I thought price of nearly $600 for a single outlet was high. We have owned and managed thousands of rental units, so we have a pretty good handle on pricing. I did appreciate you removing the “hazardous work” fee of $200 (whatever that is for), but the job was a simple one that only took about 30 minutes. Thanks again
