Really awful customer service. We had a bad rental experience and wish we read the other reviews before we rented. There are much better options out there..
Stay away. Will never rent from them again. After having 2 successful previous rental from them, they decided to charge me thousands of dollars weeks after I returned the truck and RV for issues that were clearly there before we rented (e.g. worn tires for a 4-day rental?) with no warning. I am pursuing legal action.
All of the people that we interacted with at Roam and Board were friendly and caring. The tow vehicle they rented us was brand new. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the trailers we received, and the repeated missing items. We booked a 22’ Airstream one month in advance. They very helpful in answering all of my questions. When we arrived to pick it up, we found out they had misfiled our reservation and weren’t expecting us. I'm in the market to purchase a 22' Bambi Sport, thankfully I was able to rent with Roam & Board and test it out before I make the $50,000 purchase. Yes the nightly rate was a little steep but it was honestly worth it cause I'd hate to purchase something that expensive if I wasn't truly in love with the item. Overall it was a great experience. THEY ARE A SCAM. They do not comply with payment terms and conditions and they do not comply with Cancellation Policy. They chase you charge you, once they make the charge they disappear, they take weeks to answer emails and they do not call you back if you leave phone messages. THEY ARE A FRAUD
