Will is a great guy and returned my bike in excellent condition. He also has a vast knowledge of everything bicycle related.
Will did a great job fixing up my mountain bike, which had a mysterious and confidence-diminishing crunchy noise despite my best efforts to keep the drive-train in tip top shape. Not only did he diagnose the issue and fix it within 2 days (which included ordering a new bottom bracket), he did not charge me for a full tune since I keep the rest of the drive-train so clean.
