This company will overcharge you. They gave me a quote over the phone and then changed it once they got my truck to its location. They said it was a miscommunication but did not try to work with me at all even though it was their dispatchers error. Here is what I got charged to put a 1 ton pickup on a rollback: $555 for roughly 55 miles one way. I was only 10 miles from from their shop and i included that in my totalSo before I called roadway I would check with other tow companies in that area.
They are surely crooks. When I called first they said $105 /hr. They worked for 4 hours on our truck. But they did not fix anything. Just passed 4 hours to make money. They made bill of $1107. They are bigger crooks . When we asked why so big bill, they said after hour price is double + $100 just to hook up computer with truck. And $55 shop supply. The worst possible service i have ever came across the women at the front desk in the office were extremely disrespectful and were very unprofessional. It took them 4 days to do a job that required 8 hours of work. They charged a ridiculous amount for the job at hand and i do not recommend anyone to go here for any kinds of services even if it's your only options your better off pushing your car on the highway rather then stopping here.
