I contacted roadtrek early December and talked to Tom he seemed to be a nice guy and asked me to email them the details of the job, I emailed them on 4th of December but haven't received any reply, I followed up on 15th yet haven't received a reply, I called them again 13th of Jan and were supposed to call me back and they didn't. If you want to waist your time and be ignored contact them , they are really good at it.
We had the Road Trek team repair, replace and renovate several items in our recently completed Campervan ( built by another conversion business). From the outset, Tom, his work colleagues Mahesh and Shenile, could not have been more helpful. We had work done to the roof, electricals ( including a new exhaust fan to remove heat from the inverter), new sliding windows, new grey water installation, diesel heater check, freshwater tank connected to the Victron system, and even a new shelf to support the microwave oven. Tom was great to deal with. His experience in insurance claims made me feel confident that my camper was back to the original form. Will recommend and come back for add ons.
