Just bought my 4th car since 2001 from Dennis last week and as always couldn't be happier. My son has also bought from him before is about to purchase through them again. Highly recommend !
Interesting dealership. Went out the back to look at some cars and saw Dennis's dirty laundry hanging up, featuring some unwelcoming skid marks. It was highly unprofessional and I felt slightly intimidated by the sheer quantity of brown. Safe to say I did not purchase a car from this dealership.
Not a great experience at this dealership. We were first attracted by the price for a WRX that Dennis agreed to do for 8k, which we knew was really cheap. (See screenshot attached). We arrived and were greeted by an employee who showed us the WRX. He confirmed that the price was much higher than we originally agreed upon. I purchased a 2012 Ford Territory from Roadstyle and had a good experience dealing with Dennis and the car I selected to buy. I knew that the car would not be perfect it’s a second hand vehicle but during the warranty period Dennis didn’t hesitate to replace or repair anything that was required without question. I would think some people may be a little turned off by Dennis but it’s only because he’s old school no fuss mentality, he won’t feed any BS and if you show him respect you’ll get in return.
