Ray is great. I bought an Alfa 4c from him. He really went the extra mile. I did not expect his company to perform a major service including tightening all bolts, oil change wax, etc. He even thought to give me a temporary tag so I can take my new car for a ride before I title it. My son just picked up his first car purchase today from Roadster Salon. Ray was wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to find the right car. I highly recommend checking them out!
I ordered a Fiat 124 Spider in January of 2024, with delivery promised in nine months. The project was right on time until the progress payments stopped - then "progress" and communication stopped. Avoid at all costs.
If you needs some R&R (rest and relaxation) both Ray and Rob will reassure you on the quality of service they provide. Awesome experience dealing with this unique business. Alberto and Tony are the best mechanics ever!
Edit: after we got home, the level 2 charger didn't work. Roaster Salon basically said you bought it, your problem. Chrysler was unable to fix it. To this day my Fiat 500 still doesn't charge on a level 2 charger... this is very limiting. I can basically only charge at home. So yes they are great salesmen but they aren't very honest, particularly since they were personally using this car, so they must have encountered this problem before they sold it to me.
