I Cannot believe Roadstar staff could be so rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with the DCS controller on my van, not knowing the warranty process I emailed Roadstar. I was advised to take it to ALKO to be assessed, which I did. I was told the unit was faulty and to log a warranty claim through Roadstar. I emailed Roadstar with ALKO's response and Roadstar advised me to get the unit replaced by an authorised ALKO dealer, Roadstar provided a list of ALKO dealers, then once the repairs were done to forward the invoice to ... read more
Extremely bad experience. Their customer service is terrible. Verbally threatening and abusive Not good value for money. There is a list of other people with a similar experiences with this company. There are better vans for your money out there. Steer clear of this company

We bought a pre current company roadstar. It's a second hand van . A Daintree thought an older review will give a longer term review. We have taken it all over Tasmania, Queensland, Nsw, and Victoria and eastern SA. Over good and bad roads it has performed very well for its age 2007. On a 500k gravel road stones smashed the grey water pvc pipe one hinge on shower door failed and microwave vibrated out of position. All these minor dramas fixed on the road.
