They tried to charge my sister $700 for windshield wipers. On top of that, she has a PCV issue on her car. The shop couldn't identify the issue after weeks of having the car in the shop, yet they still charged her for diagnostics. Yet, I find out what the problem is in 24 hours. Do not take your car here for maintenance. They will rob you blind.

It's worth the drive to Memphis to know my car has been serviced with the utmost care. When I come to pick it up, it's been washed, vac'd & smells new. The car has been checked from bumper to bumper, and anything that needs repair or replacement is documented, that service advisors go over with customer or will text/call to advise and get approval from customer before doing any work. Service is video taped beginning the service until completion. Very professional.
