Alex is very nice and personable. His service is prompt and professional. I used to have to schedule appointments at sam's club and wait around. It was a hassle. I love having someone come to where I am. I'll never use another service.
They where great, came in a timely fashion and let me know the other problems I had. They did not pressure me to pay for anything more they just let me know which is always great.
