Absolutely disgusted at Roadrunner.Transmission in Albuquerque. Very unprofessional. This is the worst shop. They are nothing but thieves. I had transmission rebuilt not once...but twice since it wasn't done right the first time and after the second time there have been many issues due to shoddy work. After 2nd rebuild it never ran right. Just stay away please.
Friend of mine had a Jeep done here and they said it was rebuilt but the transmission slips and doesn't catch when flooring it. Not quality work
This is the most dishonest place I have ever been. They kept breaking parts of my car and trying to charge me to fix it. They broke my oil pan and motor mount during repair. I fought them and did not pay, but about 10 months layer and I'm still paying. My personal mechanic keeps finding bolts that they didn't tighten that have caused breaks in subsequent parts. This should not be allowed to work on anyone's car. Do not go to this place
