James was my tow truck driver. He was amazing and got me out of a very uncomfortable predicament fast. He is extremely knowledgeable. James is an amazing human being. Humanity, professional, and reassuring. I would give more stars if I could.

Excellent tow company, and excellent service. My husband and I broke down a mile after leaving the rest area in La Grande. Our clutch completely failed and left us stranded. This company was very quick to respond and send a tow driver. The tow driver was very professional, got us hooked up quickly, and got our truck and trailer safely to Ontario Oregon. James is the guy you want towing your truck w/ camper in below zero temps in the snow. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & had such a great attitude. He took good care not only of our truck/camper, but us, too.
