This place is beyond excellent service! We stopped for gas and one of the employees notice our tire on the motorhome was in bad condition. We checked it sure enough it had humps and lumps in it. It was worn then we found out that one of our shocks was broken and they fixed everything so quickly within an hour and a half we were back on the road again. Everything was excellent for a reasonable price. The gentleman that drives the golf cart is my new angel. They saved our lives… we are forever grateful!
Snowbird hauling an rv and at least one tire needed to be replaced. Called and talked to Scott and he got us in as soon as we pulled into the shop. Actually needed four new tires and he got us on the road quickly with high quality tires that should last a lot longer than the ones we had on there. Thanks Scott for being so accommodating!!
THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $90. Just to take the trailer tire off, To patch it. Called TA and it's $54. Plus the patch Obviously, The Old guy dosen't respect, Us Truckers thinks we Truckers need to get ripped off by paying almost double.
The service and the estimating department was great. But the work that was done on the vehicle was horrible. Took it back within minutes of service because tire pressure sensors were going crazy. They charged me $65 to replace one. It made no difference. They're constantly going on and off all the time. Don't think I would go back there.. After having my truck into dealership for the TPMS system. Found out other tire did not even have sensors put back into tires. They must have kept them to resale them. Hahaha. We had a roadside emergency on I-15 with a shredded truck tire while towing a trailer. Scott and the team at Roadrunner Tire & Alignment absolutely saved the day. They quickly helped us find the correct tire, got us taken care of fast, and made the whole situation easy during what could have been a stressful afternoon.
