A good alignment, tire, brake store.
So unprofessional!! I came to get a nail removed and tire patched. One person told me $15 another person told me $30 let’s just say they’re money hungry!!! They plugged my tire and sent me on my way. Next day my tire was flat. Came back to get the problem resolved they wanted charged me another $15 to patch it!! Then I refused to pay and he threw my refund in face!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Extremely poor customer service.
I bought a used Michelin tire from Roadrunner Tires just three days ago, and it unfortunately exploded after hitting a pothole. Michelin tires are known for their quality, so I was surprised and disappointed that this happened. It seems like the tire was already damaged, as it shouldn’t have exploded from hitting a pothole. Although they offered a one-week warranty, they refused to cover the damage, claiming the warranty doesn’t include potholes. I had a great experience at Roadrunner Tires! After a little haggling, they gave me an awesome deal on three tires—just $50 each—and even fixed my valve. The staff was friendly, patient, and willing to work with me to make sure I left satisfied. Really happy with the service and the deal I got! Thanks again, Roadrunner Tires! Highly recommend!
