1.No A/C on three trips 2.two hour delay leaving LAX: arrived home five hours after landing 3. Driver preached his religion the whole way. When I asked for quiet, he continued quoting Bible and saying I should join his church 4. Another driver cursed at me and called me names because I couldn't find him. Almost left me there in the poring rain. Actually put out his hand for a tip!
Picked me up and hour and a half early totally threw me off there was no reason I was the only one in the car drove extremely fast won’t use again
Their drivers are overworked so next time you take one of their shuttles ask the driver how many hours they've worked that day and you shouldn't be surprised to hear that they've already worked 14
