Stay away from this company. No tracking on their website (when you get to their website it will automatically crash). No customer service (Dialed all of their phone numbers, I never once got an answer). For a company that is main job is to deliver, communication is crucial. To the ceo of this company - shame on you. I wonder why you guys are still in business. Sucks to be you.
Don’t even think about sending a shipment with this company! They’ve had my shipment sitting in their warehouse for a week because they claimed there was a problem with the BOL — but nobody contacted me. I only found out after I called them to ask what was going on. Oh, and not to mention, I had to call more than 10 times before someone finally answered the phone. Awful service!
Terrible customer service. Because I decided or was considering going with someone else which I did the last time I had my car shipped as well. He was very rude. He hung up in my face and let me know that I was making a bad decision although the last time I had to ship cars, they were successful without a problem. Don’t do it.
Wish I could give this company less than a 1 star. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this company beyond deserves it. So completely unprofessional completely across the board! We refused a shipment and the driver dropped it anyway without our signature AFTER we told him we did not accept. I worked for Roadrunner from January 2024 to June. 2024. The worst manger ever his name JD operations manager. He is a bully that has fired me for refusing to deliver 1 pallet to Suwannee. He definitely is at the top of there problems flat out told me due to being white I would never fit in. He pitted drivers against each other. Lies telling people aren’t pickups in area while I’m sitting right next to them at a spot. He plays favorites and set me up to be fired cause of his hate and me knowing how he is operating.
