Continued great service to fix flats and other items on my electric scooters.

Roadrunner is doing the bare minimum while leaving me stranded. My $2,200 scooter had a motor failure, and despite three major repair attempts—including replacing the motor twice and the speed controller—it is still non-functional. This is a 50mph vehicle, and the fact that they keep sending parts that don't fix the issue is ridiculous. I am done being their unpaid repair tech. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and looking into consumer protection laws if a replacement or refund isn't issued immediately.
Great shop! Diego in the service center is top notch and does an amazing job . Happy to have found a reputable, reliable, and morally sound spot to take my scooter to for repairs. Keep up the excellent work!
