I was deceived into purchasing a scooter from this company after they promised delivery by mid-July. Months later, I never received the product. When I asked for a full refund under consumer protection laws, they tried to keep $650 from my payment — even though they failed to deliver what I paid for. Love RoadRunner scooters I now have 4 of there scooters with the newest one I bought being the RX7 absolutely love the scooter and got the second or third batch of them which includes the new roadglow replacement of the original not so bright and poor quality lighting,the new dashboard screen. I really appreciate this place more than I can say. I went in no appointment and was given a thorough demo on what the scooters are and what they offer. As well as a bit about the company. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive scooter he showed me what I would call the entry level scooter. Extremely knowledgeable, Welcoming, and kind. Wanna start off by saying how the customer service at this place the second to none. Super helpful guys super knowledgeable about scooters. I live in Colorado so I’m able to get them serviced as well. I currently own every scooter that they carry. My kids love them. My wife loves them and I love them if you’re looking for a scooter and you’re unsure about it get a Roadrunner they’re definitely the best.
