Slowest shipping I've ever dealt with. First off they charge 15$ to ship even small stuff like a bolt or screw. Second of all they say you will recieve said item within 5 days yet takes them that long just to start shipping an item more like 10 days. Ridiculous and unacceptable.Last but not least you better hope you don't have to ship your scooter too them your looking at almost 200$ or more in shipping costs unlike the people with Colorado privilege. Constantly spending tons of money on this thing!!!!!
Service Dept issue: do not do their "drop in" service if you have a two-wheel scooter unless you explicitly can get ahold of them prior. For me, they claimed to take drop-in appointments on their pre-recorded message, but when I came in with my scooter, they barely looked at it, said "we don't have that size tire, you'll need to order it yourself". The scooter was fine until a part broke. I bought the part off theor website and they sent me a defective one. I tryed contacting customer service and only got bots. Each method I attempted to contact led to more bot responses despite it stating I can talk to real people. I never got refunded my 100 dollars or a replacement part. Im still fighting their automated customer service response system just to try to talk to anyone real and have my problem resolved. Would recommend kaabo over roadrunner at this point.
Sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. Scooters are very sturdy and fun!
Don’t waste your money on this overpriced garbage. Placed an order for a new scooter six months ago. Paid in full still waiting no communication. Stay off as far away as you can
