I brought in a different brand of scooter for them to diagnose and service. They said I needed a new battery. So I spent 300 on a new one and paid them quite alot just to put it in. Well after having some difficulties charging the new battery with 2 different chargers, alongside it creating a large spark when I plugged it in. Please think twice before buying. This is the second time I try to plug in scooter first and the to the outlet to charge and sparkles and flames everywhere. This is the second time I sustain burn injuries from this. They are dangerous. See pic below. I’m also expecting this burn injury to get worse in the next few days. This is a review for the RoadRunner RS5 Pro scooter I purchased order number RR40615. There are many companies selling electric scooters right now but RoadRunner is the absolute best. Their scooters are expensive but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I have driven my scooter 70 miles to and from work and it is amazing with incredible acceleration and features like suspension tubeless tires and high water and dust resistance IP67.
