Called to request a set of wide track press on tires for my forklift, was sent the wrong tires then given the runaround trying to get them returned. Just took the loss and moved on.

I booked them and they said it may be a few days. They had a technician out to my shop the next morning! He was extremely nice and answered all my questions, then went about his business.
