If I could give negative stars, I would. Roadrunner Restoration (RR) was recommended by my insurance company to handle water damage remediation and repair. I can confidently say this has been one of the worst contractor experiences of my life. From fraudulent billing practices and unacceptably poor workmanship, to excessive delays and sloppy outsourced labor (who left my home a mess), the problems never stopped.
