If I could give negative stars, I would. Roadrunner Restoration (RR) was recommended by my insurance company to handle water damage remediation and repair. I can confidently say this has been one of the worst contractor experiences of my life. From fraudulent billing practices and unacceptably poor workmanship, to excessive delays and sloppy outsourced labor (who left my home a mess), the problems never stopped. Roadrunner Restoration left my home in worse condition than the fire! I am living in a toxic, structurally unsafe, fire hazard! Never trust these people for they are wolves in sheep’s clothing. It’s going to cost them quite a chunk of change to remedy their “work”!
