My floor has more ups and downs than the San Fernando Valley. Jose Martinez and his crew did an absolutely terrible job on our floor and carpet. Once he received the money, 16 thousand dollars in cash, he stopped answering any phone calls. We are now suing the company in small claims. He is a very disrespectful person. He said there was a two year warranty, yet will not return any phone calls.
David did an awesome job, very thorough and explained everything to me.
