If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Do not lease one of these apartments without seeing what it’s like during the summer. We signed our lease when the weather was cooler, and we had no idea how miserable it would be once temperatures reached triple digits. Our approximately 1,000 sq. ft. apartment has no air conditioning—only a single swamp cooler located in a hallway. It is nowhere near enough to cool the apartment.
