The Service department has always been "Top Notch" with my visits. They get my bike in and out in a reasonable time, they communicate well, are friendly, and the experience is positive. I recommend using them. Brian and Mike have always been awesome.
The service team did an amazing job install my upgraded exhaust. Michael contacted me later to ensure everything went well and Zee was an amazing host as I waited for my service to be completed. Additionally, one of the team members came outside as I was loading my bike to ensure I put it in transport mode as he noticed it wasn’t when I brought my bike in earlier that day . That’s the kind of team that’s at Roadrunner, you guys are fantastic thank you for the great experience!
