I am on a cross-country road trip, I called Mike the service writer. He said he could get me in no problem. They did a detailed inspection of my bike, cleaned it up, changed the oil. He gave me a quote before the work was done and went over the work with me after the fact and noted some future maintenance. In and out and about an hour. Can’t say enough good things! Nice dealership everybody’s very friendly. They don’t dog you. Decent selection of bikes.
Very good .. I was surprised with their pricing, very fair. I was expecting high prices and attitude. Everything far from it.
Want to be treated like you 2nd class and no good? Come to roadrunner HD. They have zero personal skills and make you feel like shit for anything you ask or do. This being the closest dealership to my house i brought my bike in twice for service here and both times was treated like crap. Did I buy my bike here no. Because sales department has zero communication skills. Guys there are better dealerships out there. This isn't it.
