Went in for an oil change as a walk-in. They jumped on the bike and got it done pretty quickly. It's not a 5 minute job by any means, but it was about an hour less than other places, as a walk-in. I'll definitely be back for the next one!

A newer & very nice HD dealer! The staff were friendly & eager to help, but not overbearing.
If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor communication with this dealership regarding repairs on our bike. They had it all week & didn't care that we had no transportation. Also, no explanation of what they did when they presented the bill! REALLY??! No future business from us. My friend Anne & her husband used this place for repairs too once & she just shook her head when I told her we used them.
