Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I negotiated with the sales manager, Ronny, at Road Runner Harley in Arizona over the phone the day before on a Road Glide they had listed at $19,995. After negotiations, he agreed to give me $6,000 for my trade-in and quoted me an out-the-door price of $18,749.74 for a 2024 Road Glide, confirmed multiple times via phone and text. Love these guys! Travel all the way from Flagstaff just to get their service.
I give two stars because the sales team is awesome but the service department is the worse. EVERY time my bike went in, it came out messed up. Let's recap: took in because it would not start in gear with clutch engaged. Was told it was the after market levers (even though I stated it did it with the stock ones) Was charged $100 for nothing. I went home and saw that the reason was the clutch cable was loose. FIXED. They did not even look at it. NEXT: took it in to have tail lights added. Good service in parts department but if you buy a new bike make sure they don't charge you extra fees for something you don't need they love your money on extended waranty extra cost and hiden fees belive me i know how they work on that.
