Update: management reached out and explained there was an issue with the bank so the initial check was denied. Over two months I would hope this would have been handled better and more communication. Update: spoke to the store manager who attempted to get the new payoff from me which was not what was agreed upon. Then he gave me a UPS tracking number for the payment that doesn't/hasn't existed on UPS site. Applied online for the bike I wanted. Got an approval for less than what they wanted for the bike. These guys went out of their way to make the deal work. Caveman answered all my questions and Z in finance made this a quick and simple transaction. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour so we could hit the road back to Texas.

So far my experience has been pretty bad. I traded a bike in on a new Harley. It's been almost 3 months and the dealership still hasn't paid off my trade in. Now they want me to lower the payoff and let them weezle out of 600 in payments. Two stars because I like the bike I got, but dishonesty/bad practices need called out. I'll update my review once they correct this error.
