Absolutely dishonest I went through the claim department and admitted to the damage in a email and denied my claim mind you they blamed smtl fright at first and I went through a claim with them but said roadrunner had the damage and had repacked everything to look normal
Easy to drop off freight. I can get in and out fast. Guys in the back office are very helpful and efficient. No complaints.
This is the worst place to take a load from. The employees treat the driver in a miserable way and they do not have fixed appointments.
