After door 12 h waiting
Dont come here all the past reviews are genuine. Broker told its first come first serve but when i checked in they me have wait 11hours to get loaded. Ruined my whole day .checkin 9.00 am checked out 8.00pm.
Broker and shipper lied. The rate confirmation states pickup and drop-off between 09:00–15:00. I called the shipper the night before and was told we could get loaded earlier if we arrived by 10:00 PM. We couldn’t make it by then due to time constraints, but they said if we arrived at 6:00 AM, they could get started on us. Around 11:00 AM, we were told it would be late at night before they could load us. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time!
Night marit this place for loading they will take 8to 10 hour .very slow loading.before come to pickup load from here make sure u ask deanation from broker before come here .wasted my whole day here .ask good rate from broker .say no to cheap broker
I couldn’t leave no stars but had a claim they dragged for 4 months then denied it because I wasn’t the shipper after admitting they had the damaged goods I guess I’m not the only one complaining but from now on I will make sure no one I work with is using this company as a shipper
