Regarding order #12317 My order is in limbo with roadrunner freight, they sent it to a terminal that does not deliver to my area.now it is going to another carrier which they will not give me any information on. When I ordered from you I told you it was time sensitive, you stated that it would be to me the last week in june the latest by july 6th. The only reason I proceeded was because of these dates. The worst of the worst! Don't even try these losers!!!
There delivery schedule is bullxxxx I have a order coming from them that was on there schedule to be delivered 8/20/20. I called to ask what time I should expect it today 8/20/20, after waiting on hold for 23 minutes I got disconnected, I called back and was able to speak with a person after waiting another 15 minutes and was told my delivery was going to be in there Springfield warehouse on 8/24/20. That's funny how was I supposed to get it by 8/20/20 if its not going to even be in my state until 8/24/20. They told me after... read more
NEVER EVER EVER USE ROADRUNNER FREIGHT! They've had a pallet of ours for 32 days. You get put on hold for HOURS and then they disconnect you every time you call. They say it will be delivered on Friday and no one shows up. DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT USE!! NOT RELIABLE!! We were quoted freight to be delivered in a maximum of 4 days. Freight was supposed to be picked up (according to them) on May 19 but was not picked up until May 21. I just got off the phone with customer service (this is May 27) and was told the earliest I would receive it would be June 2. That is 10 days longer, and several pissed off customers because their product didn't arrive as scheduled. Very poorly ran business that I would highly recommend against.
