Zero stars. The behavior of this shop to a customer (me) says “I don’t really know how customer service works”. My parts were there for a month. I called repeatedly. Was promised an estimate 3x. I called today and their voicemail is full. I drove down to the shop and the dude, who can’t manage his voicemail, wants to lecture me about my attitude. Well bro, when you can manage a customer experience or at least answer your phone, you can lecture me about anything you want. Until then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. ZERO ... read more
