Roadrunner Exterminating had exactly what I needed! They pulled together and helped me through a really stressful time. I had ants and areas of my house were rotting, and it was hard to hear that. I used an outside source to fix the rotted areas, but they did do the exterminating. I am happy to say that I have not had any bug problem since they visited and treated my house.

Had to get a fumigation treatment ordered up for my infestation. They suggested the Vikane gas treatment. They told me that there would be no left over residue, smell, or taste in my home and that it was one of the more efficient ways to kill termites. I have to say that I believe them. Knock on wood, so far they haven't come back.

My experience with this company was actually a decent one. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and the product was cost efficient. The only reason why I would not want to use them again is because I do not wish to need their services. This extermination company helped resolve my issues in a costly manner. The quote that they gave me was the amount that I actually paid in the end. Most companies end up with a completely different number once they begin the work, but Roadrunner did not do this. I like finding companies that I can trust and use on a regular basis.

When using Roadrunner Exterminating services, I found that not only was the company reliable, but they were there to get the job done without intruding on my everyday life. They called me stating that they were on their way; they arrived at my house on time, completed the job, and then quickly got out of my way. Having a bug infestation is not something to be proud of, and I definitely do not need a bug vehicle sitting in my driveway for hours upon hours. I will be more than happy to use them again when the time arises.

My house recently came down with a serious case of brown rot. If you aren't familiar with the term, it is a type of mold. I had to do something about it and home remedies weren't cutting it so I called Roadrunner Exterminating. In general, I have to say that I was very pleased with the work they did. Their techs came of as knowledgeable and efficient.

I would certainly recommend the services of Roadrunner Exterminating. Admittedly, I've never before had the need for an extermination service, but it seemed obvious that the men who fumigated my house knew what they were doing and were experts at doing it. The service was both fast and thorough, a rare combination.

My wife and I had owned our house for about ten years and never encountered anything in the way of serious problems.
