Had to get a fumigation treatment ordered up for my infestation. They suggested the Vikane gas treatment. They told me that there would be no left over residue, smell, or taste in my home and that it was one of the more efficient ways to kill termites. I have to say that I believe them. Knock on wood, so far they haven't come back.

My experience with this company was actually a decent one. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and the product was cost efficient. The only reason why I would not want to use them again is because I do not wish to need their services. I received a detailed report on their findings, and had a second opinion given by another company to verify. I received a quote that was accurate and appropriate for the work that needed to be done. This extermination company helped resolve my issues in a costly manner. The quote that they gave me was the amount that I actually paid in the end. Most companies end up with a completely different number once they begin the work, but Roadrunner did not do this. I like finding companies that I can trust and use on a regular basis.

I would certainly recommend the services of Roadrunner Exterminating. Admittedly, I've never before had the need for an extermination service, but it seemed obvious that the men who fumigated my house knew what they were doing and were experts at doing it. The service was both fast and thorough, a rare combination.

My wife and I had owned our house for about ten years and never encountered anything in the way of serious problems.
