They get a 4 star for lack of prepping. Most of these automated car washes do a mediocre job but it turns out much better when the vehicle is prepped properly before entering the tunnel. I’ve been through this particular car wash and the prepping was awesome and then the next time they just waved the brush over a couple spots and shoved it into the tunnel.
