This place is a total scam. I paid a $200 diagnostic fee just to be told they couldn't actually diagnose the issue unless I authorized over a thousand dollars of (unnecessary!) maintenance servicing. It's unclear whether David (technician) is dishonest or just incompetent, but I took my car to a different shop I trust -- Hi-Tech Import Automotive in Lakewood, they are locally owned and super awesome BTW -- and they diagnosed and fully repaired the issue within an hour for a mere $350.
