I placed an order with Roadless Gear on June 13th for an overhead storage tray for my Suzuki Samurai. The order confirmation gave no indication that the item was out of stock. After hearing nothing for nearly a month, I emailed on July 11th asking for an update. No response. On July 25th, I followed up again, stating it had been over a month with no communication and asking if I needed to file a chargeback. The pricing is pretty good and the selection of hard to find Samurai parts is also surprising. However, I bought some extended slip yokes and was not happy with the quality. The yokes were not toleranced properly and would not work for my application. I tried various u-joints to address the issue, but have not had any luck. I had one of the yokes break the c-clip and fling off the u-joint cap, which almost left me stranded. I will end up using driveline spacers instead, but effectively I have lost $150 + shipping.
