None of the equipment works correctly or at all and they refuse to give a refund, they want to give vouchers. Why on earth anyone would want a voucher to use equipment that doesn’t work in the first place?? This may be different if you are lucky enough to catch the owner, but he doesn’t return calls and neither location has a working telephone number. Give a car wash when you pay for one. Went to the one in Rock Island on 11th St. Paid for a $10 carwash, and it did not give one. So, now you can't reach anyone to have the problem taken care of. So, now we are out $10 and still have a dirty car. So the rating is -0
