Michael has given great customer service there definitely need more people like him!!
Scott changed my mind about this company. I realized it was a different office and corporate locking in the sale when I signed up. They moved appointments, but one was due to weather. After we got the first appointment set, it was really good service. Scott is a great manager, I may recruit him.
Avoid this place at all costs. Appointment times mean nothing to them. It always takes forever. Rva locations not sufficently staffed so you end up having to drive to further locations. They know once you get the interlock your at their mercy.
Somebody needs to put yall out of business...
They scheduled me for the wrong time so I showed up today and was turned away. I cleared off my schedule today to make time for the installation but it was a waste of my time since they said someone else was scheduled for my time slot. Now I have to take off work next week to make time for them to reschedule for my installation. Customer service is lacking heavily.
