I drove 45 minutes for them to tell me they were not able to honor my appointment. He even asked if I came from Woodbridge, so they were expecting me. No reason. No apology. Just rude. Unfortunately, I had to return to this location and he was even worse! He HARRASSED me about leaving a Google review the first time, still no apology, then the equipment STILL didn't work! The WORST!
Thanks to the technician Khanh, the painful process was smooth and easy. When first started, there were some hiccups, but with the explanation and patience, the tech walked me through. Hopefully don’t have to come back here ( even though the tech was nice and friendly )
The Asian boy that works there is combative and rude maybe even racist or exist he need customer service training immensely! I miss Mr. Emad he was pleasant.
