I have been with Roadex for over 4 years now and have never been treated this way. I spoke with M from the factoring group. Just putting initials as I am not one to put someone on blast. I have talked to a gentleman and Em before and always had positive interactions. As of late every time I call I hope not to get M on the phone because she IS actually THAT bad.
