Horrible customer service over the phone, provided incorrect information. Lied about attempting to deliver items over two days. Can't follow basic instructions. Had to contact Allied Express to get these guys to push a delivery, and when they did deliver it, they dropped it off in the worst spot. The boss goes home at 3pm, so you can't even get through to management.
Picked up parcel from depot, friendly helpful receptionist, warehouse staff efficient, accurate and friendly.
Was having issues with another courier company who uses Roadchill as the other company had lost a package in transit, spoke to Dani who was able to locate missing package and scheduled delivery. Very helpful, polite and professional
Poor delivery service. Delivered to the wrong side of the building twice. Left exposed to the elements.
