I begged Dr. Criscitiello and Dr. Roadcap (Dr. Roadkill) to take an x-ray, and both refused. I was in severe pain and when I called the office several times, the receptionist hung the phone up on me. I had to have the tooth pulled about four weeks later. Had they taken an x-ray like I begged, the tooth may have been able to be saved. Go somewhere else for care, because you won't get it here. I reported them to the Board of Dentistry, and they got off scott free.
