Just bought my second car from Roadbend, an immaculate Jaguar. XF. The whole experience as usual was flawless. Peter organised everything to run like clockwork, I got a very generous trade in deal and a big shout out to the guys who prepared the car to a showroom standard. Do not buy from this dealership. I bought an 05 Jag that went less than 200kms when a major mechanical defect was found. Principal Graham Percival refused to pay for the repairs to the clutch, offered to take the car back and has now reneged on his offer. It has been constant phone calls & emails with nothing but excuses as to why he has not acted in this matter.
