SERIOUSLY - DO NOT HESITATE. Bob is excellent. Had him come out to look at a travel trailer water line leak due to mice chewing a line in the floor. Line was run in the stupidest way possible by idiots that built the RV. That being said BOB is a thousand times better than dealing with dealership which could take months to get you in, charge you an insane amount and basically end up having high school kids working on your RV. I want to thank Bob for quickly fitting me into his schedule to fix my fresh water issue on my class A RV. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me along the way. If you are in the Sussex NJ area and need any type of RV service, please give Bob a call, you won't regret it.
Bob is a complete professional. Our RV had a hot water heater issue due to previous owner not winterizing it. Bob came, assessed problem, welded the damaged hot water heater and provided excellent service. He gave impression from the beginning that he was “real” and not out to suck every penny out of his customers. His final price saved us over a $1000 and the RV / HW Heater are functioning great Would absolutely recommend Bob
