Road Track and Trail began with just Nick in 1999 (sales, wrench, buying, etc). We started very small and we have grown our repeat customer business over the years. Now we are one of only a few stores in the nation to have over 500 preowned bikes on the floor at all times at our Big Bend, WI dealership. Hard work and customer service are the root of our success. "I remember my first year in biz selling 276 bikes by myself and now we sell over 2700 units each year" Nick said, January, 2012.

I called and spoke with MJ about purchasing a motorcycle. He walked me through the trade in process and was very helpful in preparation for the exchange and purchase process. Upon my arrival I met with him, and he was very professional and courteous. I appreciate his easy going and approachable manner. Be Careful. They are lying SOB’s to do business with. Purchased 2019 Norseman from Road Track and Trail in September 2021. They said it had 180 miles on it. After I picked it up I realized it had more miles than that. I didn’t ride it until January 2022 and after 400 miles it caught fire. I contacted Arctic Cat and they said it had a recall which the dealer should have told me about. They also said it 2100 miles on it when dealer received it from Arctic Cat. I got a great 2003 BMW K1200RS from Road, Track and Trail and found that their sales, service, and customer support to be top-notch. I had a couple small issues and they took care of it no hassles. Special shout-out to Cody and Damien. Thanks guys : -)
My brother purchased a motorcycle from Road track and trail. Will he didn’t actually purchase it because he hasn’t received it yet. But they have had his money for over a month and they can’t tell him where the bike is. We don’t know if they are lying about the shipping company having picked up the bike three weeks ago or not. they claim the bike has left their facility but they can’t track it or provide us any type of tracking. These people are the worst. I sent them a check for a motorcycle over a month ago. I was told that the shipping company comes twice a week. I have not received my motorcycle yet! Communication is horrible. When I called to check on the status they can’t even provide any type of tracking. Their answer is always “it should be there in a few days”.
