Anyone buying a car here should have it checked at an independent garage before completing the purchase. I moved from SA to Queensland in a Ford Territory that I bought here. $13,000 for a $10,000 car, but it looked good and the promises were great. After one big trip to QLD I had more as $6,000 in repairs straight away, and another estimate for another $6,000 in repairs.
