My son has had the absolute best time driving with Mark Nance. He has taught him many things that I hadn't even thought about. It has been a great experience all around. Southwest Roadstar makes everything from beginning to end such an easy process. I highly recommend..
Driving instructor was great. Never a dull moment
I have attempted to leave a message for a return call every day for the past 2 and a half weeks. On the days I couldn’t, it was only because the mailbox was full. Remote work obviously isn’t going well for this company and someone is using it as an excuse to get a paycheck without doing any actual work. Please just refund what has been paid to my daughter’s account to the card used and we will use a legitimate business for our needs. If you would listen to the voicemails, you would know her name.
Pathetic. If I could give it zero stars I would. Find a different driving school. They canceled a drive a couple hours before and never rescheduled it yet I miss a drive and they charged me $50 (the website says it’s $35). Instructors don’t give any feedback to the parents about how their child is driving. My son finished the course and all the drives and then they want to squeeze another $50 out of me to complete his drive exam with them, putting the fear of God into that he won’t be able to pass at the BMV.
