Seamless
Always a positive experience, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Returning and exchanging shoes is never a hassle. Only wish they would extend options for shoes for older people to exercise and walk.
Shoes selection and customer service are great. That being said, the VIP program has some benefit, but it is managed in a very shady manner. Membership details, with dates and costs, should be viewable from the customer account page. I honestly cant even tell whether I am enrolled or not at any given time. It feels like they keep that information secret intentionally so that they can "surprise charge" customers with yearly fees. This is a class action suit waiting to happen.
Great shoe spot , thank you to the staff for the opportunity to learn about my foot and get the best shoe for me.
