Great first visit to Road Runner Sports! Andrea guided me through the FIT FINDER process to identify the right shoes for my feet, and she was kind and patient the entire time. I got to try on different shoes, socks, and even custom insoles without feeling rushed. Overall a fantastic experience!
I was over due for a new pair of shoes, and I am definitely a person that can take a little too long searching for the right pair. At Road Runner Sports in Irvine, I got great customer service from Dave, after scanning my feet and analyzing my stride, he molded inserts to match my feet and lined me out with several pairs. Stumbled in to try on some running shoes and the staff actually took the time to watch me walk and run to find the perfect fit. I was in and out pretty quick with a pair that actually feel good on my feet. planning to go back next time I need gear.
Judy was really great in serving us. She was super patient and insightful and even measured my daughter and her friend for sneakers while my wife and I tried on shoes. We highly recommend her!
