the customer service was terrible in my opinion. I came in looking for some running shoes as a gift to my partner - they didn’t have the color i was looking for but offered a different one. I was okay with that color but asked if the person wanted to exchange them with a gift receipt for some other shoes if that’s okay. They said no, that they don’t do gift receipts unless i’m a VIP ?
