Started my journey back into running after a very long break. Road Runners was my go to store when I was running in my races craze and continues to deliver top quality products as I ease into my run for fun face. No pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, highly recommend their VIP program. Being able to fully test a shoe and being able to return it (even if worn) is an amazing opportunity to find the shoe that fits your needs. Shot out to Mahari, at the Berkeley store. Both times I’ve come in here to buy a pair of runners, I’ve been impressed, but especially this last visit. After destroying my last pair I bought here 18+ months ago, I needed some new shoes. Madisyn was so helpful. She took her time listening to my needs, looking up my previous assessment and purchase, offered multiple ideas for pairs that would be a good fit, and then spent nearly 30 minutes with me as I tried on almost 10 options. I've been many times and have always had a great experience. I sadly do not know his name but there's a guy with curly hair and glasses(I always see him) he's always been kind and even remembered me. This last time David helped me and he was great and patient.
